I want to report an incident that occurred on the last days of April Christina harassed me and lied to the manager Vanessa that I put a post it with the gate code letting people in to buy things. This lady was having a screaming match with me to the point that I had to call Odessa . I was crying so hard .Vanessa was so kind and told me she was told this lie. This Christina was rude to me more than once. She needs to be fired.
I’m so done dealing with this storage! It’s always something smh. They are supposed to be open from 6a-10p daily but when I get to the gate & enter my code I get a “Sorry…Not in Service” message. Now I know the manager told us yesterday she …
Went in looking for Venezia. This Christina is rude and has a serious attitude problem. Decided to rent somewhere else. Office even felt bare and non welcoming. Energy was definitely felt.

Very respectful, very kind, quick to take action, I’m very pleased with my results.
Cristina provided phenomenal service; honestly the best I’ve had since moving to midland. She went above and beyond. The facility is really clean and smells good; these are newer units so you’re paying for quality storage. The price is also reasonable with the promotions they have going on right now. It also looks like a safe area so I’m not too worried about that.
Super easy to register for a unit and I love that it’s month to month. When doing it online, it put me in a different unit and the gentleman I spoke to was able to help get everything transferred over to the unit we had talked about over the phone prior to me registering for the unit.
Great Management. When the manager, Vanessa gets to heaven, she’ll have lots of stars to her credit. Very clean facility. With his and hers bathrooms that are also very clean and well stocked. Dollies are available as well as flat four wheeled carts to help make moving in easier.
