Horrible experience. The movers were careless and callous. Broke more than 1 piece which I had to discover for myself, they did not tell me. Still waiting for my .60 on the dollar reimbursement. The story that they keep repeating is that 'the check is in the mail'. Stay away from this company.
So sorry for the bad experience associated with your move. I strive on going above and beyond to provide the best possible service. I, unfortunately, was out of town when your move took place.
Pulled in front of my driveway wouldn’t move when I asked so I could go to work. (I wasn’t the customer my neighbor was and they had enough room to move back)
Sorry for your inconvenience. We were not blocking the driveway and there was room as you were still able to back out.

Just Good Movers is an all around excellent company. From the first time I called to ask information to when they finished up our move, we received great customer service. Over the phone, they are helpful and will answer any questions you have. They even put me in the books right away, even without an exact date, so that I could have a sale rate that was on it's last day. The rate was the best price we had been quoted, and on moving day, the truck and crew were reserved for us only.
We cannot say enough good things about Just Good Movers! From start to finish, Gabe (the owner) and his incredible team went above and beyond for us. They guided us through the many delays with our new build and handled everything with such patience and flexibility. Their communication was excellent, and they could not have been nicer to work with.
EXCELLENT service. They loaded/unloaded a public storage unit, misc items from a rental house and unloaded two 16' PODS for us. Unwrapped furniture and assembled what required reassembly. The team of three were all extremely professional and efficient! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great pricing/fee structure.
Lived in a condo for the past 18 years. Dreaded having to move with all the stuff I had accumulated. Just Good Movers came and packed me up one day and moved me the next. I lived on the seventh floor of a condo. I was really stressed out by the whole thing. Gabe and his guys really delivered on their promises and made it as easy as possible on me. They worked extremely hard for two days solid.
