JUSTIN TIME MOVING COMPANY LLC

I’m not the type to complain but that moving job was unsatisfactory . The guys who moved me were nice BUT 1. Broken lamp 80 bucks 2 my bed was not put together properly . They didn’t put the screws back into the base . I had to pay someone to come and fix and move it. It was facing away from TV wall . 3 . One TV was left behind because it “ couldn’t fit “ in the truck . I had to pay someone to move it to my house . 4. They packed the back seat of my car with additional items that they couldn’t get onto the truck .

Hugely entitled and argumentative attitude upon first arrival, and the manager of their team was rude to my girlfriend while she tried to help get him directions to our home. The whole experience felt tense. Worst mover experience I've ever had to deal with. Maybe it was a bad day. I'm sure they're wonderful on other days, but it doesn't give you the right to treat one of your customers like that.

Justin Time arrived four hours late for the pick up. Agreed to 730 am and they showed up past noon. Once they packed everything and try to raise the agreed to price by 33%, they then proceeded to take a nap on the road on the way to the delivery, arriving 6 hours late at 1:15 am. I cannot stress enough my regret at hiring them.

Worst experience ever. Loaded my stuff and told me to leave. They held my stuff hostage for and hour and half while I waited for them to help someone else. Never again trusting this company. Can't believe they left to help someone else while in the middle of moving my things.

Do NOT go with Justin Time Moving!!!!! They were over an hour late and the movers weren't careful. They damaged our kitchen table and coffee table. They also damaged parts of our brand new home. They damaged the walls, weather stripping, and the frame by the front door and the frame of one of the rooms. Even though we were the last customers of the day, but they should've been careful. Despite their mistakes, the movers were friendly at least. It's the MANAGER that was terrible!!!

Very disappointed. They sent inexperience movers. I had to step in start loading the truck myself as one of the movers wanted to chit chat. Although I kept reminding them that they were on the clock. They still charged us an additional 1.5 hrs. What they had to load & unload was not done in a timely fashion. One of the workers didn't even know how to shrink wrap. He should know how now that I, the customer, showed him how.

Horrible service, they broke an damaged so much of our items. They threw heavy items on top of breakables, broke two antique items, they are rude and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone what so ever.. Still unboxing their mess they left in our home.. They did more damage than moving. They threw their cigarettes in our yard extremely unprofessional.

Maybe it was a BAD day for them?!?! Expected moving truck, got an open trailer. One desk damaged and still can’t find my power drill. 2 closets left behind with items. J returned a week later to move last of the items but I had already moved the majority myself. NOT what I expected 😑 sorry, cheaper doesn’t mean better!
