Just Pro Movers are a company I didn't choose, a broker company notified them and gave my moving to them! They arrived late, there were only 2 young guys, that could not, or acted like they did not speak English! They did not listen to me, they moved items, I had to pay, and have them returned! I had already packed a lot of boxes myself, they acted like they did not know what to do! They finally loaded the truck some, they charged me for 2 trucks, and only brought 1, they loaded from 11:30 pm till 7:30am.
We are deeply sorry to hear about your negative experience with JustPro Moving. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced during your move and the dissatisfaction you experienced with our services.
Movies were punctual and efficient, but they lost some of my items. They told me they found a box of mine and that they would ship it to my new address but I never got it. I have called several times and they always say they will check the warehouse and get back to me with my items but never do. Edit: they offered me $70 to take down this review, my items they lost were valued over $1000

This has been the worst company to deal with for moving. Their packing is horrible and their work is atrocious. They packed my house and charged me extra telling me that I shouldn’t have packed things because they can pack better and more efficiently. I disagree. Their packing is unbelievable. They packed things from different rooms into one box and they labeled the boxes incorrectly. No one could speak English to be able to communicate. Then they decided to split my deliveries into two deliveries.
Peace, this is a lot to unpack and none of it reflects the standard we aim for on a job like this. Split deliveries, mislabeled boxes, and damaged furniture aren't something we brush off, and we'd like to look into exactly what happened with your move.
IF YOU ARE SEEING THIS, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MOVE!!!! Everyone buckle up, because over the next rage filled novel of a review, I am going to explain to you my unbelievably poor experience with this moving company. So please use this horror story to help you make your decision on who to trust with your move. I scheduled my move through safe ship moving services who then assigned Just Pro Moving for my move from Memphis to Nashville in November of 2025 with a move date of January 7th, 2026.

Do not use this company. I used their services in October 2023 and was very unhappy. I shipped the same furniture 5 months ago for the same distance with another company, and JustPro charged me $700 more. Apart from paying more, their quality was poor as well. As soon as the pickup guy entered my apartment, he looked for ways to charge me more.

UPDATE: I dropped the rating to 1 star because this company contacted me multiple times trying to get me to delete me review for a measley $100. Original: This company is horrible at communication. I was moving cross country and they were hired through Safe Ship. I was told they would show up on July 2nd, but they showed up on the 1st. Besides that, pick up went well. Due to a tight timeline on my end, I opted for expedited shipping. This was done through Safe Ship, and they promised 2 day delivery.

Given a moving window between 12 and 3pm. Arroved 3:45pm. Moving van packed almost full with another house holds belongings. One guy worked for an 1,5 hours rearranging the furniture to allow for my 3 paintings, a secretary, bookcase cabinet, 4 small side tables, antique vanity, 2 dining room tables, 4 small chairs. It took three hours to load. It was a 2 hour drive time due to leaving Atlanta at the height of traffic. It took them an hour or less to unload.
I am going to have to edit my review. I was brought a part of my order to begin with and told I would get the rest the end of that week. The delivery crew was good, however I did have a couple of items damaged. They did put my furniture together although I had to go back and tighten all of the screws. They brought me a tote that was not mine. They’d didn’t seem at all concerned. In regards to my 2nd delivery they waited till the 14th day, no notice, 7:30 at night.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Just Pro Moving! From the moment I booked their service, their communication leading up to the move was prompt, clear, and detailed, ensuring there were no surprises. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time, full of energy and ready to tackle the job. They treated my belongings with the utmost care. One item in particular was my grandmother's antique vanity. It holds immense sentimental value to me, and I was nervous about how it would be handled.

Alex & Nashville team from Just Pro Movers were absolutely outstanding. They were very professional, fast, and accommodating. Got a very packed, single-wide trailer loaded within 3 hours. Upon delivery, they were very careful and asked for direction of where each individual box needed to go. I’ve heard that some movers just drop everything off in your driveway or garage…NOT these guys!!!

JustPro Movers, Ray and Ben are some of the best movers, hardworking, efficient with great and friendly personalities I’ve ever come in contact with.
