I used them before with my move from Nevada to Texas & received excellent service. Sylvester was professional, on time & gave me clear instructions on how to pay my balance/ETA on my car. So naturally I would use him again from Texas back to Nevada. Feels like the worst mistake ever. Each time I had an update on pick up date, pick up location/ contact, drop off location, I gave this info to Sylvester all to update in their system.
I think the guy name is eugene who was professional, but tried to act like I was confuse when he was talking about the pricing, that we got off of Groupon. I think it upset him because he was getting aggressive. I don’t know if he tries to show off in front of woman because my lady was there, but it was obvious and on top he fell off the back of the truck 🤦🏾♂️ then the worst part the brought this other guy with him.
Who ever you are. You have the wrong company. We’re not on Groupon or have a Eugene working for us. Do your research on which company you hired before leaving a review!
This was 100% the worst experience I've had with a moving company. They never showed up to move my home. I had confirmation for the move, at the time of the move no one had arrived so I called to see what was going on. They informed me they were going to be 2 1/2 hours late, then they NEVER showed up to move me. No communication of any kind, nothing. Do yourself a favor and find a different moving company.

I can’t say enough good things about Let’s Help Moving Company. From the moment I called, their customer service was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and giving me a fair, transparent estimate. On moving day, the crew arrived on time, and they handled everything with such professionalism and care. They made sure to wrap all my fragile items, and nothing was damaged in the process. The team worked quickly but efficiently, and they were so friendly and easy to work with.
Highly recommend this company. From the start communication was free flowing, available every time I called, and answered any questions or concerns I had prior to the move. Day of move, they were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, quick, courteous, and just really put me at ease with the whole moving process which, for me personally, can be stressful.
This moving service is the most professional service I've ever used. They treat your stuff like it was theirs. Great value also. I ask you price your move with other services then price it with "Let's Help" and you will definitely be surprised at the difference in cost. A no stress all inclusive moving service. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received after booking with Let's Help Moving Company. The owner, Sylvester, was extremely reasonable with pricing, flexible and respectful throughout the entire process. In February I booked the company for a local move from South Phoenix to North Phoenix. Sly & Cj completed my move in 2 1/2 hours (including the commute to our new home) and didn't complain when I added a few extra boxes during their initial loading.
