We booked Kairos a few months ago for around 9 AM to move across town. When they didn't show up, we called and they claimed to have booked us for the afternoon which was not true. They had another move, so they said they would show up around noon. They ended up showing up around 4 PM. They offered us a "discount" for being late, but it was hardly a discount and still more expensive than what I would have imagined. We had already moved most of the furniture ourselves!

Horrible moving company do not use. I had them pick up brand new furniture for me straight from the store. The owner dented and stretched the paint off the front of my washer and did not even say a word. He also do not even try to fix it in anyways. Before you call them call some locals or family and friends to help you. The owner responded below that he intends to repair my washer that he damaged. This is a lie he is not trying to repair at all.

I will never use this moving company again. They moved my furniture to a storage building until my home was ready and they ended up dragging my 2 mattresses on the floor of their truck. Both mattresses ended up getting filthy from the dirty …

I hired Kairos for a local move, one bedroom apartment up three flights of stairs. They did a good job and I would hire them again. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for an affordable and efficient team of movers. Pros: affordable, flexible, kind, communicative Cons: I did find they were a bit rough around the edges with moving stuff and packing it in the trailer (e.g., my couch came out with some minor scuffs and my wood table came out with some minor scratches) but I think that could be addressed going…

Everyone knows how stressful moving can be, but Kairos came ready for the task. These men made this move so much easier. Jayke and Markel did a wonderful job. Very kind, understanding, and respectful people. The price was definitely worth it, and these men got the job done so fast. They didn't waste any time moving my family and I into our new home. There was a wood stove that I needed moved from my uncle’s house on Sunday & brought to my home. I found Kairos Moving Company online and gave them a call. I’m so glad that I did!
