PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Do not use this company out of Wrightsville, PA! Please protect yourself from these scammers and thieves. Because I settled on both houses in one day— the one I was selling and the one I was buying, Kane stored my belongings overnight. They KEPT my 50 inch screen television, swapping it out for a television half its size (the owner or whoever he gifted had a great Super Bowl Sunday).Did they think I wouldn’t notice?
Worst experience ever!! If I had an option to give negative stars, trust me I would. They charged me over $3000 to move a three bedroom townhome and didn’t even finish the job. They stayed for over 14 hours and ultimately left a lot of stuff in the garage without finishing the job. Two of the guys sat around chatting while the other two did most of the heavy lifting. They did not have any power tools to disassemble my furniture, and when I offered them to use mine, they declined.
The guys were very kind and had great attitudes, but were ill equipped and unprepared to complete the move. Ended up using our nice living room blankets as moving blankets to help slide very heavy furniture, damaging our blankets and the furniture ended up with lots of scratches. We only moved from one apartment to another on the same property, so was pretty disappointed our stuff was damaged.
WELL, WELL, they did do a good job but somethings were not completed. I am still waiting for them to tell me where the screws are to the dresser mirror, they put holes on the bed frame. I GAVE THEM EACH A $100.00 tip, goes to show my mistake for not checking before they left.!! Thank You
Awful. No accountability. Damage and moved items specifically instructed not to move that were no where near the stacked, sectioned off, centered directly down the line area of items were taken, somehow. A television was wrapped up really …
Absolute horrible experience. They quoted me for 4 hours and it took 10. Then told me they wouldn't leave my house until I paid them. The communication is absolutely atrocious.

A great big- Thank You! to Kane and Family Movers. They used their ingenuity, skill and brawn to carefully move and set up our multi-piece concrete fountain. A task other companies passed on due to the difficulties involved. The communication amongst the team was impressive and minimizing risk to property and persons was obviously paramount to them. The entire experience from describing the request to office personnel to actual set-up went smoothly and was well worth the fair price!

Tyler & Bailey arrived first thing in the morning ready to go! My husband had gotten hurt mid-move & we needed help getting all our larger furniture loaded into a POD. They legit did all the heavy lifting. Both were incredibly polite, treating everything in our home with respect and checking in frequently to ensure they didn’t miss anything. Highly recommend Kane & Family Movers for anyone that needs help getting the job done right!
The crew at Kane and family came through for us when we needed them. Our other movers who I won't mention backed out on us and we needed a mover on the fly. These guys moved with intention and got the job done with ease. The house was protected and our valuable furniture was wrapped perfectly. Thanks Kane for helping us in our time of need!
