Today I am throwing out anbdvreplacing a desk the movers didn't reassemble and a toddler bed they broke, which prompted mevto make this post. I've been waiting two years to receive a resolution to issues related to my move. Still waiting for return call, the promised visit from the owner to review damaged furniture, items not put back together, and the clearly labeled boxes that were placed in the wrong rooms and floor levels.

This company damaged, lost and stole my property during the move February 2021.Charged me way to much money. Do not hire them. Jeff Piccolo is full of excuses and denied any responsibility for anything!!!! They put the bed together without all the hardware, screw in backwards and shoved it into my wall. Headboard doesn't even touch the floor and rocks back and forth. I was handed pieces of my fine antiques with no responsibility taken. They have no idea how to properly wrap and transport anyone's treasures.

Updated response: This company has yet to provide me with an ITEMIZED invoice for the job they did for me, so I can see that my DEPOSIT was applied to the cost of the move. It was 20+ items moving about a mile in the city, which cost me $700 for their minimum, 4 hours. But here's the kicker: at the end of the move, a crew member asked me to put my credit card information on one of THEIR personal phones as a way to pay.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The owner of this company, Jeff, is extremely unprofessional. His quote was way off from actual charges. He actually charged his own "tip" for the job as well as a 2.8% credit card fee (eventhough he doesn't accept checks). He will give you a great quote over the phone "everything included" were his exact words. Not true at all.

Movers were incredibly kind! They deserve a 5/5! The owner Jeff unfortunately doesn’t understand good customer service. Came off as rude each and every time I spoke to him. Attitude was extremely poor for a customer service environment. Scheduled moving day almost two weeks in advance. The day before, less than 24 hours, I received several phone calls, a voicemail, and the following texts. Once I got off work, I returned the call and went straight to voicemail, so I texted back. Went back to work, during which I received more calls/texts. They chipped or scratched every piece of wood furniture we have. They were not willing to fix any of the pieces which cost us an extra $500. They didn’t even give us the insurance money.

We had a great experience with this moving company. They were responsive, professional, and right on time. They handled our belongings carefully and made the whole moving process feel easy and stress-free. They did accidentally leave a few of our items on the truck, but when we realized what had happened several days later, they were honest about it and made sure everything was returned to us. Their pricing was also very reasonable.

We recently used this company for our move, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the entire team. Moving is one of the most stressful experiences a family can go through, but they made the process so much easier than we ever expected. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond. Even though they only had one truck available on our preferred moving date, they accommodated our schedule instead of making us wait an extra day.

10 out of 5 stars. We chose piccolo's friendly movers to help with the daunting task of moving my mother. We weren't as organized as we hoped to be by the time the got there, but the guys instanty comforted all of our concerns and helped get everything set up to get it on the truck in an orderly fashion with incredible efficiency. They were very careful with all of her belongings and expertly navigated tight spaces with old, very heavy solid wood furniture.
