I would have given a zero if I could. Movers were rude, crude, smoked pot on the job. They didn't load what I needed or asked to be loaded and I moved from PA to Az. They complained thru the whole time they were loading. I have a lot of content was damaged, scratched, broken. Did not load truck properly which resulted in another expense for a ubox. I would NEVER use them again and you have been warned. My wife rated the company first and they wrote on her review that they didn't have a customer by her name.

The more time we spend going through our stuff the more we find they did wrong. First off they ruined a 10k sleep number bed, they put clearly marked boxes in the wrong rooms, broke family heirlooms and the owner is shiesty. We told them ahead of time they would need a dolly to move gun safes. They didnt show up with a dolly. Then charged us an extra hour of labor per safe and a half hour per step putting them in the basement. This was never mentioned when we told the owner his people needed a dolly.
Your wife called us after the job and NEVER stated anything was damaged or broken because nothing was. She also tried to claim our movers worked 8 hours instead of 10 hours then after checking the start and end times I discovered they … More
I had used this company when I originally moved to York and they were fantastic. I called 1.5 weeks in advance to schedule movers. They confirmed a time and day with me. I was scheduled for 5pm. The movers never showed. I called, left voicemails and texted. I received no reply. An hour went by, still no reply or arrival. I am moving across the country to Oregon and they left me stranded. Luckily I was able to secure another mover, but others may not be so fortunate. DO NOT USE THEM. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Hired them for a move and confirmed the night before. On the day of my move, they failed to show up or to take my calls. After several hours, someone finally picked up, only to hang up on me. They left me stranded with less than 24 hours to make alternate plans without even the courtesy of an explanation
Showed up without proper equipment. Dropped and smashed my case they were to move. I called the owner, he gave me his insurance and assured me it would be covered. It’s not. Insurance won’t cover it. Now I have a $12000 piece of trash that I can’t move.

Samantha, this is not true and you know it. We do not provide a truck we provide moving labor only. You did not feed our movers. You called multiple times trying to haggle for discounts. We are a top notch moving company, NOT a flea market!

Hired to move a piano - arrived on time, communicated well, was careful to keep my space clean, protected existing furniture and cleaned up when they left. Polite and professional! Was able to book with them last minute for a job the next morning. Well appreciative for not having to wait several days / weeks.
