After being quoted for a 3-5 hour move, Jordan sent 2 movers with a truck too small for all our items. The move ended up being literally double the amount he quoted us. He didn't send enough movers. He was absolutely unprofessional and inexperienced. I would not recommend to anyone. We are extremely displeased with the experience. The movers would come in with one thing at a time seemingly milking the clock.

I am so glad I chose Venable Pro Moving to help with my piano move! Jordan responded quickly to my initial message and had great communication throughout the process when some of the other movers I had contacted were either slow to respond or had spotty communication. Scheduling a time was easy, and the pair of movers arrived on time and even confirmed their arrival via text. They used all the proper equipment and techniques to safely move my piano up 5 steep stairs, making a difficult task look effortless.

Highly recommend! Jordan and his crew went above and beyond from start to finish. Every piece of furniture was individually wrapped in moving blankets, and they treated our belongings like their own. Professional, hardworking, efficient, and incredibly careful throughout the entire move. They made a stressful day feel easy. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
I can’t say enough good things about this company. This was the most easy process that I have experienced. Moving is stressful but I was able to settle, move, and take a vacation within days of settling because everything went so smooth. The title company employee even said “she doesn’t trust her mom like she trust Alexander.” (no joke) Alexander even recommended a mover who was also exceptional. Most importantly, Alexander is very honest and an easy to talk to.

This moving company exceeded my expectations, they cleared out my house in such a careful manner, as well as removing so much junk out of my house , the staff was so polite and respectful, and courteous, I truly could not have gotten so much done in such a short time with out their help , im so thankful this company completed the task and did an amazing job and GOT IT DONE !
