Worst experience with a moving company ever! I paid $2000 for 75” and now the bottom corner of the TV is damaged. I am trying to contact the company and no response. The owner is very rude and aggressive. If you choose to move with Karma don’t let them TOUCH any electronics.

I requested some help for unloading a moving truck for my mom. The person I talked to was very nice and answered all my questions, and she gave me a flat rate for two laborers for 3 hours. It was quick and easy to schedule and set it up, but that's where the good experience stopped. On moving day, they didn't show up during the window of time they said they would.

These guys are not reliable and horrible communicators. They gave me a FOUR hour window - it was 2 days before the hurricane - and left me to wait all day and never showed or called! They simply stopped answering their phones or returning calls, sending me to a voicemail and automated text. The main company- Flat Fee Movers- was no better and had no contact or control over the local team. I had to evacuate with my stuff in my old house and had to pay to extend my lease.
