The rating breakdown
0 of the 33 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for KB Moving Rentals are one or two star.
Worked out from 33 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Sherwood Park
4.5 percentage points lower than the middle of the 8 listings in Sherwood Park we can publish a rate for.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Uhaul did us a dirty. We had a trailer reserved and on the day we needed it they called and said there was none available!! We texted KB Moving and they were super quick to respond, a few hours later we picked up the trailer and were on our way. They were polite, efficient, communicative and professional. The trailer is easy to pull with no sway. Drop off was a breeze and full damage deposit was returned within an hour. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
KB Moving Rentals turned a chaotic move into a seamless experience. Their heavy-duty plastic boxes are a total game-changer, stacking perfectly and eliminating the stress of flimsy cardboard. Delivery was prompt, and the eco-friendly approach felt great. If you want to protect your belongings and save time, they are essential.
Best price for what we wanted. Boxes were delivered and picked up as promised. If you are wondering whether to use cardboard boxes or rent, I would recommend renting. I have done it now for over 4 moves, way easier and you don't have to wonder if they can handle your kitchen packing.
Thanks for the great feedback! We’re happy the boxes worked well for your move and that delivery and pickup were smooth. Reusable moving bins really do make packing easier. We appreciate the support!
I had an excellent experience with KB moving rentals. The bin rental service is a great option for those who prefer not to deal with cardboard boxes, and the pricing is reasonable. It made our move simple and easy. The company is excellent …
