My locker was broken into and some sentimental items were taken and I have yet to hear anything back about camera footage of my locker being accessed by anyone other than myself. I wouldn't recommend this facility for anything other than a good workout being given the run around.

This is not acceptable I looked around to see if there was anyone clearing the snow,there wasn't this is how it was left. I almost got stuck getting out of the place and the pinpad is surrounded with 2 feet of snow. Can someone please read this and solve these issues.

Disappointed. They input my email wrong so I never received any access codes or unit number. The day of my move, the office is closed and I cant access my unit. My credit card was charged as well. I have movers booked and no where to store my stuff.

Every one that I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. I disagree with having to purchase one of sentinels locks. Yes we get to keep it after but There’s no other place it can be used but on their locks. Ridiculous.
Thank you for your feedback. Our locks are designed to provide the maximum level of protection, based on the design of the doors. We want your items to remain safe while in our care and our locks allow us to do that.
Bad experience with the billing department. They're sure quick to take your money but take forever to give it back. This has affected my other payments and they just don't care... will never go back there again.

Good facility and great people to interact with. Rented a unit for less than a month when I was moving this year and the price was great for that duration. No issues with cancelling the rental when I was ready. Small issue I had when opening the unit at first was dealt with promptly when I talked to the people at the desk about it.
