I called this company on Friday for a quote. Jerry told me $159/hr, minimum 3 hours, called it “the cheapest in town,” and gave a total of $477. I had plenty of other options, but I chose them — and I regret it. On Saturday morning, I messaged him to confirm, and he agreed to take the job for my Sunday move. At no point did he explain what services were included, what equipment they use, or what kind of truck they bring — something every real moving company states upfront. That should’ve been my first red flag.

I’m actually givingJerry and his receptionist a 0. I had Trash to Go help me load a big steel bin on May 22, 2025. They charged be $1200. to do this job. I just had the bin emptied at my condo and the cost was $386.00. Trash to Go took advantage of me and are crooks!!! Do not hire them to do anything for you. It took 3 hours to load and 3 hours to empty. I am so disappointed with this company. 😞
This Jerry guy told me the night before that we had a 2 man crew booked for the next morning for 10 am they didn't get here tell 11 then they did a walk through once.. said they were going outside then they took off never told us they were leaving left us sitting here stuck what kind of movers do that to their customers that's not cool at all not very business like I give them a -5stars

I have used Trash To Go several times, within Sherwood Park...each time was very satisfactory. Jerry himself is a very personable, respectful guy and I enjoy working with him. This time he moved my sister's furniture, etc from a senior residence into my garage for temporary storage. Working within the senior residence, I saw him carrying on conversations and joking with staff and residents. He is very aware of senior's needs and is patient and gentle with them.

I have used Jerry for 3 small moves, 2 of which were in a Seniors home, 1 in Memory care. The crew were so respectful of their surroundings!! All 3 jobs went great! The crew arrived on time, always nice kids with Jerry and very fair pricing!

Trash 2 Go went above and beyond! They moved an extremely heavy vending machine down 30 stairs, and despite the challenging situation, they handled everything with incredible care and professionalism. The team worked so well together, taking their time and making sure the machine and surrounding areas were protected throughout the entire move. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right. I was impressed with their service and professionalism.
