This was a terrible experience. They broke my tv and still expected me to pay the full amount including the “extra time” which was spent looking over the broken tv. Allegedly the claims department would call and reimburse me but I have not heard back. I was told the stairs fees were already included in the quote but then they charged me more. They were late arriving and late with getting everything moved. I didn’t even have a lot of stuff (studio apartment).

I had an amazing experience with this moving company! Victor and Oleg were extremely quick, careful, and professional. They handled all of my items — including a heavy massage chair, mattresses, and boxes — with great care. On top of that, they were friendly and very nice throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Movers were able to pick up our stuff early, they were communicative and easy to work with. I would recommend using them, and would consider using them again if we have needs. They also came in at a very reasonable price, and were able to move our piano within our needed time frame.

These guys got their truck unloaded and into the customer's storage unit so fast, I thought I was imagining things!!!
