I don’t usually give reviews, but I think this one is important enough to warrant giving. I had a horrible experience with Kimiya Moving Services. The movers were highly unprofessional and careless. They broke several of my items (carefully packed plates and artwork) and left scratches on furniture and floors, then refused to take responsibility for their actions. Also beware: if you are purchasing labor only, the movers will ONLY help with loading/unloading, nothing else.

I was priced for two workers but four came to do half the work in more time so all could be paid. Only one was descent. Two wouldn't speak or listen to me and the other one argued with me about me not giving him my house key fob so he could open an extra door, although all he had to do was walk in throught the open door and open the other one.
2 workers Dwight sent us damaged most of our furniture and left many scratches on the floor of the house. They broke my statue, which was not supposed to be touched, and hid it in dresser drawers and taped the drawers so it won’t be discovered until later. On top of all that, I discovered later they stole 2 of my credit cards and went shopping. I reported the theft to the police, and the officer in charge spoke to Dwight.
This company is GHETTO! They will argue with you and harass you via text if you don’t leave a pleasant review on the service. I wish I could leave screenshots of what was just texted to me. I literally had to block the number. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also I want to mention their movers showed up late, smelly and dressed unprofessionally. Awful experience.
I am very disappointed in the way my furniture was packed and unpacked by Kimiya Services. When Kimiya delivered and unpacked items that had been packed by their company there was significant damage to a coffee table plus damage to dining room chairs. The coffee table was brand new and cost more than it cost to use Kimiya’s services. Unfortunately, Kimiya has chosen to absolve themselves of all responsibility for the results due to the actions of their employees.

Hands down the worst experience ever dealing with a company. The day of my move three teenage kids showed up at my house to move us. Not only did they not finish the job (they kept taking breaks, only two of them doing a majority of the work)requiring me to have to pay to get an additional truck on my own, they broke an entire dresser drawer and lied about it.Dinged walls. I would not recommend them to another person.
Horrible experience. Movers came dropped an antique worth thousands, when they found out the value they left not even partly completing the job. The owner in response stated he does not believe he is liable and the movers were not at fault for the damage. Would never use again. Will file compliant and seek action for the recovery of the broken item.

Wow- what an awesome experience we had with Kimiya Services! Dwight was FANTASTIC from start to finish in coordinating my Mom's move. He reached out immediately after booking which made us feel much more comfortable immediately. Dwight was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, kind, and extremely professional throughout a somewhat unorthodox move we were making. We needed his crews to load the truck on one day and unload it a few days later. Everything went as smoothly as possible.

Kimiya Services really came through for me for a last minute move!!! Two gentlemen from Kimiya helped me move over the weekend, after booking a day or two before. They arrived 10 minutes early, were incredibly polite and professional. Talk about speed and efficiency! They had everything loaded up before I could bat an eye. They even bagged my queen size mattress and had it out the door in just a few minutes! Boxes that I could hardly lift, they could pick up and carry with ease.
I just moved back to the area and was in need of someone to help unload my U-Haul into a storage unit. I called every business that stated it was open on a Saturday, no answer. Finally, I came across Kimiya Services and was helped by Dwight who said he could move me as early as that day, he even sent me a link to book through U-Haul to ensure I received the best price. His men were on time, polite, respectful and just all around amazing.

I decided to go with Kimiya for my cross-state move (about 360 miles) because the quote they gave me was a lot kinder on my wallet than quotes from other companies I was looking into. They were also willing to help me disassemble and reassemble a 1400 sound booth I needed to bring with me, which was very very very helpful. Very shortly after sending in a quote request online (same night), I got a call from Dwight to iron out the details.
