Do not recommend! Communication, reliability, and professionalism is terrible. Booked an appointment for a "virtual estimate" (they will not even come out to see your home for an estimate), and the guy called and texted me over two hours past the time we agreed upon, giving a weak apology about being hung up in "meetings" and that's why he did not call for the appointment. Two plus hour meetings (about moving?) during business hours when you have customers? Not buying it.

Using this company for my recent relocation from Pennsylvania to Georgia was a complete error. Initially, I discovered damaged walls in the home I sold and also in the new house I purchased. Kinetic Movers arrived with an inadequately sized truck on moving day and was unable to transport several items. I was then informed that it was my responsibility to move the remaining items via U-Haul.

Terrible service at an outrageous price. Paid over 5800 to have half my belongings left at the house. Wanted to charge me $1400 more to retrieve them. Packers did not even pack many of the things at the house. We've gone back at least 5 times to get the stuff they didn't bother with. Hired another company to get the rest of the furniture at half the price. I do not recommend hiring this company under any circumstances.

KINETIC MOVERS are simply the best. This was my 4th and hopefully final move with this company. From the initial video phone call to the final walk-through, totally professional. Great company!! This is a no nonsense company. They show up on time, get right to the job, with absolutely no wasting time. Both homes were totally protected at every point where they may bump a wall or doorframe. Awesome experience. They totally went out of their way to help move my belongings (really fast too) and wrapped all my glass furniture too. The moving company moved at the last minute too, with only a day notice. Three Wonderful, professional, hard working men moved everything very carefully. I had a lot of fragile boxes and furniture. I highly recommend this moving service. We will be using this same company for moving my mother’s belongings, also.
