Warning: Avoid hiring this company at all costs. Our decision to engage this moving company for a comprehensive service, including packing, moving, and unpacking, turned into an unmitigated disaster. The owner arrived a staggering three hours late at 1 pm, contrary to the agreed 10 am schedule. This tardiness was exacerbated by their arrival in a small truck, despite having assessed our belongings a month prior, and lacking the essential boxes and equipment necessary for the job.

The owner of this company has a lot to learn. 1. They forfeit to come out and walk the 1 bedroom apartment. and was happy with photos smh. 2.The owner of the company estimated the 1 bed room apartment wrong the guys showed up with 1 truck for a old 1000sqf apartment move. 3. Showed up late at 10am when they was supposed to be there at 8 am . 4. Had to go rent another truck to complete the job. 5. This was a 4 man job, only 2 showed up the owner and a helper. The helper walked away because he was over worked . 6.

I was having so much anxiety about moving. So I started to panic, and I looked up for a mover near me on Google and kinetic movers popped right up and I called. They responded quickly I was in a really bad situation I had one day to get out of my apartment and kinetic movers saved the day. When they said they were going to be there they were early. They were kind, quick, and efficient. They also wrapped up all of my stuff with care, & did it amazingly.
The best wrapping and packing I've seen in a long time . They have seasoned movers with 20+ years of experience , they treated my things like they were theirs, making sure to protect all my valuables and get everything done ✅ in a timely manner not missing any details and communicating the whole time !!!! Jeff and the team are truly the best. From the initial first call to them moving my things from my apt to storage. They even went to my old storage and removed my things, packed everything carefully in the truck and unloaded everything.If you are looking for a moving company that cares, Kinetics Moving is the right one.
