We had them do a recent move to south Texas. They didn't pack much of what we'd asked. We're still opening boxes and discovering they didn't pack anything, but just dumped things into boxes. Our things were loaded onto their trucks without boxes, and then later placed into storage units with no forethought or care. Things were just stuffed where they could put it. Once we got into our home, and began to put the furniture together, we can't find any screws to our tables, beds and furniture.
We had a loading service and I saw this company had 5 stars, but after our experience with them, I wouldn’t give them 5 stars. Three guys showed up, great individuals but not professional in their work. Our stuff has been moved multiple times by different companies over the last couple of years and it has never taken more than 3 hours. It took 6 hours for them to load a 26ft U-Haul truck, which I feel like they ripped us off with the extra 3 hours for money.

While the workers were friendly and polite, they didn’t arrive on the first day until 11:30am despite the “Arrival Window” being 8-10. They blamed getting to town late because of a job that ran late the day before. While I did have a lot of things, they loaded slowly so It took them 10 hours to load the two trucks. They didn’t leave until 9:30pm and had a 4 hour drive to the new location. The next day they didn’t show up to unload at the new house until 1pm.

I had an outstanding experience with Kingdom Movers! Corey, Alex, and Arthur handled our move on July 31, 2026, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. They carefully shrink-wrapped all of our bedroom furniture and moved everything—from boxes, bags, clothes, and crates to large ceramic planters—with incredible care. These guys did a fantastic job! They moved me about 5 hours away with less than a 24 hour turnaround. They were kind, efficient, and proved to be very trustworthy in handling all of my belongings. Not to mention, they arrived at both locations at or prior to their estimated arrival time, which was incredibly refreshing. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers!
