Did not show up for my scheduled move last week. Vince and o talked twice on the phone about this move and scheduled of. The day before, he did not return calls or texts the day before inquiring about their scheduled arrive time and there whereabouts the day of. I know they got it because they left me on read. Secretary text me back several hours after the scheduled move time to let me know she’d pass the message along. Absolutely unprofessional.

Every single item was broken, damaged or completely destroyed. It’s bad, the so-called supervisor came storming into the house yelling at me, telling me he doesn’t move small houses like mine 2500+sf, he’s accustomed to “real” houses in Vegas. So maybe I should try to find the Vegas site? Okay, it was so bad... we weren’t charged. They should be paying me for the damage done. I support the military, the veterans and never thought this would be a terrible experience. Never again!
I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Soldier Strong Moving Company. We had scheduled their team to arrive at 7:30 am to load our van for a move we had planned the next day. However, they never showed up, and what's worse, they are completely unresponsive to our phone calls and texts. Their lack of professionalism and reliability has caused us significant inconvenience and stress.

This is how the Owner Vince from Soilder Strong Moving talks to his employees.... Very unprofessional after his employees r the ones who make the jobs happen as far as moving customers. Maybe if he could keep his addictons on the side he would have himself a better company... Dont even pay his employees on time employees have to go hunt him down at the bar for their check.... Very poor business owner.....

Cancelled multiple times with no reason. When he promised to "be there personally", he never showed nor did his team. Unprofessional with all of the lies and reasons

I have used Soldier Strong on 4 different occasions. Have always been pleased with the communication, hard work and fair price. On my most recent experience this month, the 2 man crew called to confirm and assured me they would meet me at the arranged time and place. They were on time, polite and efficient. Vince and Soldier Strong is the only one I will call the next time I need moving services!

Best moving experience in my life, hands down! Phyllis and her team were amazing to work with, the ultimate professionals which calmed my initial fears of working with movers. Moving is always stressful, but this team does everything in their power to alleviate rather than add to your stress level. They were timely, efficient, detailed, knowledgeable, and very good at communicating, advising and handling every aspect of my move.

We’re happy to say we had a great moving experience with Soldier Strong Moving, LLC, out of Lubbock, TX. After realizing that using a moving “broker” would likely put us in jeopardy of having an unreliable situation I found Soldier Strong online and left a message at 10:00 pm. The next day Vince, the company owner, called personally and arranged to come out and spec our items to be moved from Hobbs, NM, to the Houston, TX, area. Within a few days we had a moving date. We stayed in touch via phone, email and text.
The absolute best movers in Texas!! They’re extremely polite, professional, and diligent. Don’t bother looking any further if you’re needing to move; they offer very competitive prices and the service is top notch! Let me start off by saying this is the first time I have ever used a moving company. I lived in Lubbock for the last 5 years and recently accepted a job offer back in Dallas.
