I definitely do not recommend using this company to move any items, I used them for a move and fully regret it to this day 3.5yrs later. Initially the owner John Kraft threatened to cancel my move last minute if I didn’t move up my move date by a day, keep in mind the original agreed move date was agreed upon a month prior. During the loading of my items, their movers were kicking/jumping on a sectional of mine to disassemble.
Unfortunately, it appears no matter what we would have done you would not have been satisfied. The damage that the moving crew caused was fixed above and beyond. As far as being rude, I mean you were a total gem to work with.... just kidding you weren't. You were rude and arrogant. Mr.
Asked twice once in person once on the phone for this company to ship my car to a different state never got a price or a call back. Guess because I wasn't driving an old restored car, BMW, Corvette, Ferrari they don't give a flying toot about you or your car. Watch your pockets with this one! Smh
This company moved my stuff from fort wayne to NYC. They told us the mover would make it by early in the morning on the second of january. We had one mover say 9 am another mover the day of the 31st said 6am. He did not come to our apartment until 11 45am on tuesday. Initally he went to the wrong address in brooklyn because his Gps was not working.
We had an estimate done, it was more than double the estimate, they broke our tv and it took them more than a month to reimburse us but they had no problem asking for their money right away and hounding us. But when we called to ask about the bill and tv we got the run around. We ended up moving WAY less then we originally asked for quotes on yet somehow how that doubled our cost? They did end up lowering the cost some.
We had Kraft Moving Service for our move out of Fort Wayne. We used his packers as well. While packing, the guys had their wives and girlfriends visit them for HOURS. While packing, they moved from room to room, never actually completing one room. I watched them pack certain items that apparently “fell” off the truck while the truck was in their storage garage for safe keeping, as several boxes of items were never delivered.
Thank you for sharing your concerns on a public forum. We appreciate your feedback and take such matters seriously as they help us improve our services. We have reviewed your file and noted that your move took place almost two years ago, from May 8th to May 10th, 2023.
We hired Kraft to move us back in April and they damaged a bunch of our stuff. We are still waiting after 3 months and several phone calls for our settlement. They will not share the estimated damages with us from the person they supposedly hired to fix everything. Owner is rude and actually hung up on me twice and told me he can hang up on people if he wants to. At this point we will be contacting our attorney to settle this. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.

I will NEVER use Kraft again and don’t recommend them. Poor communication. They had my car for a month and never updated me when it was dropped off 45 min. From where i Live. Left it unlocked in a public parking lot. I was so patient when they loaded two days late, but the drop off was negligent on their part. Beware!

They did a fine job moving our items. We understand that no matter how careful you are items can get damaged when you move. Our move happened over 6 months ago and we are still waiting on them to take care of some furniture that got damaged. We have contacted them multiple times with nothing being done!

It has been just about 2 weeks since my move from IN to FL. Just wanted to say what a great move. Only have a "zillion" Christmas boxes to be opened, but have every confidence there will be no issues, since there has been absolutely nothing broken or damaged so far. The moving guys (6 of them) on the packing and loading end and the three on the unloading and setting up end were friendly, professional, efficient, careful, and understanding of the long move in-store for me.
My company has used Kraft multiple times in the past 2 years and we have had positive experiences. Their quotes have been competitive, if not much better than others, the scheduling has been great - no long delays. Their communication has been excellent as well. They have been very flexible with changes and have always kept their word. We look forward to continuing using Kraft for our moving needs!
