Moving is very stressful, especially long-distance moves. You hope that you find a company that will make the move as easy as possible, but this company did the opposite. I myself had a long distance move and relied on reviews, lucky for me I found a great company that I've used and recommended to others many times now. I was going to recommend them to my brother for his move, but he had already found this company and moved forward with them.
Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. As a residential manager, I was shocked when this company parked their truck in our driveway, blocking access to about 30 cars. Several tenants were trying to leave for work, and another was coming in, causing a backup onto the street. The worst part? There was no driver in sight, and when I confronted the workers, one of them *spit on the ground* and dismissed me with a "tuh" instead of simply apologizing and moving the truck. Completely unacceptable behavior.
You absolutely stole the phone. I tried to help Korede get her phone back by calling/ texting multiple times throughout the week. Theft Definition: the act of stealing; the wrongful taking and carrying away of the personal goods or property of another. Over the course of the week since the phone was stolen SEVERAL phone calls were made to the number associated to that phone. Loved ones were also calling the phone number several times.
The drivers will park illegally and block the only accessible way out for an ENTIRE building. Find any other moving company that has capable drivers **UPDATE**Can’t reply to the business but that’s a LIE. The street was not closed, the car was parked - NO DRIVER IN VEHICLE. I waited 20 minutes and when I spoke to my buildings security AND building manager they said they had been loooking for the driver for 30 minutes already!
Honestly shocked I even received any of my belongings. Moving is stressful enough and this company did everything they could to make it harder. It took a month to get my things and I still haven't received it all. I'm missing TWO boxes of …

Absolutely Amazing Movers! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Johnny and Michael! From start to finish, they were absolutely incredible. They were professional, friendly, respectful, efficient, and took such great care with all of our belongings. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but they made the entire experience feel easy and completely worry-free. They worked so hard, went above and beyond, and treated everything as if it were their own.
We hired Lab Professional Movers to move because they were reasonably priced and available at a short notice. They were fantastic. Both Daniela (in the office) and Johnny and Michael (the physical movers) were helpful and respectful from beginning to end. They went above and beyond with a great attitude. Thank you!

Great service! On time, professional and handled my items with care. Carlos, Antonio and Angel were friendly and very helpful. I had so much stuff in my apartment.
