The rating breakdown
Google shows 6 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Kathy and Carly made our moving experience seamless and pleasurable—-something I never would have thought I would say about moving. From the minute I spoke to Kathy, her understanding, compassion and expertise were very evident. She and Carly organized all the moving parts —- packed the entire house, helped us decide whether to keep, donate or toss all that had been accumulated. This is a daunting endeavor but It was done quickly and well.
Thank you for the thoughtful review, Judy! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with you and your husband. A seamless and pleasurable moving experience is always our goal!
We had to downsize and move and because my Wife is wheelchair bound it had some complications. My Wife uses a hospital bed so the bed had to move on the same day she was moved. We chose LOL because they seemed more flexible than other firms we talked with. We are now in our new location, unpacked, downsized et al. LOL did a wonderful job and were flexible/responsive with our every need. They always met their committments and the final costs were less than their estimate.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work with you and your wife during a tough transition! We really enjoyed getting to know you both.
We recently used Labor of Love Move Management to assist with moving a family member to an assisted living facility. From the first inquiry call to the actual move, Love Move Management was even better then the 5 star rating. They were professional but more important, they were caring, which made the entire process so much easier. They were aware of the Brightview locations and handled all onsite activity allowing me to focus on our parent. Choosing Love Move Management was the best decision I could have made.
Thank you, Georganne! We are so glad we could assist with a smooth transition.
Kathy and her team were such a gift to my family, as we moved my mom out of her condo, downsizing into a one-bedroom apartment. Kathy is patient, kind, efficient, and really understands how stressful these moves can be, taking over the process so that we could focus on the other aspects of moving. She coordinates everything. We loved working with her so much, we used her twice!
