This was the worst move I have ever had and the Cavalier attitude when things were broken really shocked me. They broke thousands of dollars worth of my furniture. I had items missing and when I confronted them about it, they denied everything said it was my fault. I never received one Penny in compensation for broken items missing items. In fact, one pedestal that I had for a sculpture was worth thousands of dollars and they didn’t even deliver it they left it in the back of the truck all broken into pieces.
I used Labrano's Moving and Storage on May 1, 2021, to move from La Quinta to Palm Desert. It was basically a 4 hour move. While my belongings were in the movers' care and control, they managed to lose a box containing my laptop, printer, shredder, etc. Never to be seen again

Moving can be replete with a broad range of concerns, unknown fears, and calamities —the solution to which is determined by who you get to do your move. Based on a recommendation, we chose Labrano’s Family Moving, a choice that was earmarked by efficiency, competence, integrity, and a reliable estimate. A dreaded experience became both a pleasure and a joy. In 82 years of life experience, I was impressed by how hard the team of four movers worked and how quickly they moved us from our old residence to our new one.
Stephen Labrano immediately impressed me during the first phone call and then even more so when he came over for the estimate. His price was fair and subsequent emails were always very friendly. :-) The overall experience was even better when the 4 movers helping me that day were so professional! I had a lot of glass (!) to move and a 2 level house that additionally challenged them. And there was not a scratch on any of my glass items and everything was accounted for!
