CDA moving company moved our dental office. We would not recommend them. After they damaged our equipment and leather chair, we have not been able to even get a response from them. It’s has been 4 months of repeated calls, emails, etc. we even reached out to the owner with no response. Please respond and address the damages and we will remove this review.
I had damage to my furniture which included torn upholstery, black Mark's all over it, and two missing legs. One chair leather chair had a third of it's back leg broken off. There were numerous dented and scratched items. Now they won't return my calls.
Had booked an appointment with them 2 weeks ago. They no showed today. Spoke to the rep who I chatted with. He was currently driving in Arkansas. No way to reach anyone else at their facility. Had to pivot to a different moving company. …
Movers themselves were pleasant and worked hard . We hired this company to pack out entire house and move it to storage then 4 months later paid them again to move all our stuff into our home . After getting our staff into our new home we we’re missing bolts for almost every bed and our entire hutch had no bolts for the legs. We are missing half of our plates and glassware . When we contacted them about all the missing parts for our 5 bedroom sets . They ghosted us and stopped responding .
DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. If they damage your furniture, they ghost you. Lake Coeur d’Alene Movers moved us in February and damaged our hardwood table. I have called and emailed them at least a dozen times over a five month period. I have asked them to have the owner of the company call me. All to no avail. They were happy to take my money for the move. They are not interested in fixing the damage they caused to my table.
The quote was way off from the actual cost. They took way longer than they should have. Attempted to resolve the situation with the company and they repeatedly ignore my phone calls and messages. Additionally, they didn’t pack everything we asked them to and we had to go back and pack after them.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! Lake Coeur d’Alene Movers made my move completely stress-free. From the first phone call to the final box being placed, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They showed up on time, handled everything with care, and worked quickly without cutting corners. I was especially impressed by how they treated my furniture and fragile items as if they were their own. Communication was great the entire way through, and the price was fair with no surprises.
Jordan, Billy, and Darren did a fantastic job with our move! We feel very fortunate to have found these guys for our move. They came in at the lower end of their budget estimate and worked quickly and efficiently packing and moving all our things. We were really impressed by how careful they were with everything, and when one lamp broke (not their fault - old lamp) they let us know right away about the damage. If we have to move in the Spokane area again these guys are our first call!
To say that l was dreading this day is a huge understatement. Moving your parents things into your house after they've passed is an absolute Gut Punch. You try to put it off, but they aren't coming back, and it needs to be done. Just thinking about having to deal with strangers, who may not be sympathetic to your situation, made me dread it even more. Well, the Parental Units must have had some sort of hand in this, because Ty & Patrick were Perfect for the job.
Outstanding team —Jay and Haden were quick to respond and patient as I called them multiple times with various questions. My move was scheduled a month in advance to take place on the heels of an off-grid vacation. I had complete peace of mind while away that they would follow-through. On move day, a strong, experience team arrived on time and with a BIG truck. Thank you to Fred (project lead), Donald (packing lead...I've nicknamed him Mr. Tetris!), and Jon (fast, capable and STRONG!).
