Absolutely unacceptable experience. I confirmed my move with the owner, Washington, well in advance for the 28th at 2:30 PM, and even reserved my building’s service elevator from 3–6 PM based on his confirmation. This was the last day of my lease, so timing was critical. At 1 PM on moving day, I still hadn’t heard from him, so I reached out. He didn’t respond until 45 minutes later — less than one hour before the scheduled move — to tell me he couldn’t make it.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction. I hired this company thru U-Haul to help unload and place one sofa, and roll up two rugs. However, the crew arrived late, lacked the necessary equipment, and stated they do not roll rugs. Due to these issues, they were asked to leave. Basically they did nothing. And they left the box on my patio without breaking it down. Just walked over it leaving. I have attempted to contact the company to complain but have not received a callback.
Overall good with communication on text but when I hired them for the assembly service of an hour-helpers took 45 mins just to figure the correct positioning of the bed and still left it unbalanced .. had to do it myself .. and was in a rush to leave. The helpers did not speak English at all.
I hired them to start moving at 10am for 2 hours with 3 workers. They showed up at 12pm and ended at 1:30pm , as I needed I turn in the truck I rented, only 2 workers showed up, 3rd person showed up for the last 30min. They removed the …

Extremely professional, efficient, and experienced. This is our second move with this company. For this second move we utilized their full service move with truck, movers, furniture assembly. It was a seamless experience. Yesterday, I moved from a 2nd floor three bedroom apartment to another 2nd floor three bedroom apartment. I retained the services of Latin Movers to assist in this difficult move. I have nothing but good things to say about Latin Movers! This was a very difficult move and they handled it like true professionals. Their services were reasonably priced and they worked diligently and professionally throughout the entire process.
