The movers themselves were fine, but the customer service was terrible. I had to ask five times before finally receiving an invoice, which was only sent after I threatened to dispute the charges with my bank due to their refusal to provide documentation. Additionally, a few of my items were damaged. I submitted a claim form but have not received any follow-up. Another concerning issue was that the movers took my phone and gave themselves a five-star review (which I have since deleted).

Worst moving company ever they took off a 100 inch tv that they were told not to, and installed it incorrectly and it fell and broke no one was being held responsible. And they broke 10 of my containers because they placed heavy stuff on top. I highly suggest looking into a different company. This one is the worst!!!

Initially looking for storage only, but came Edit: Update, when it was time to move in to my new property. The experience was definitely different than moving out. A few of my items were damaged and the movers were not the greatest. One of them sighed when I mentioned the cabinet goes to the top floor. Not what I expect from a professional company. I had to cut the move short due to the damage that was caused to my new property and ended up moving it myself with a friend.

We had a stress free moving experience with the team. Ahmad and his colleague kept assuring the furniture and electronics will be moved with atmost care, and they delivered as promised. They did not waste even a few seconds anywhere. The team is extremely professional while being very friendly and supportive. There is some miscommunication the customer service team needs to improve though. We ordered 360 protection tv box amd monitor box which were not with the movers.
