Terrible Experince- I would NOT Recommend Smart Movers I had an extremely disappointing experience with smart movers. They arrived 3 hours late, which caused a lot of stress and completely disrupted my moving. They also damaged my bed left some of my belongings behind, even tough I had hired them to move everything we had and agreed upon. On top that, I was asked to pay 750 and and my deposit was not properly accounted for when they took the payment.

Today I moved my elderly mother from her long time home to an assisted living seniors home. Stressful and emotional to say the least. Used White Rock, Smart Movers for the first time. They were on time, used clear and concise advanced communication with clear pricing. Two movers and truck worked hard to meet a small window that we had for use of the elevator in the facility. They did an excellent job. No surprises at the end. Additionally they were polite and courteous and treated y mother with great respect.
