About a month ago, my mother and grandmother used this company to move a china cabinet and an expensive bed set. I went to look at the bed frame and the headboard was missing, it looks like they ripped this thing apart so they could move it and there were chunks of wood missing and scratches all over it. On the dresser, they unattached the mirror but then did not leave the screws to put it back together! Insanely disappointing.
I’m sorry we don’t have anyone by your name in our system, you must be confusing us with another company. Please refer to my 165+ five star reviews for a true reflection.
The 2 movers who handled my move were hardworking and were skillful in maneuvering certain large items however the original arrival time was 9am and they showed up at 1130am due to having to drop off items from a previous move thus not …
I have no one in my system by the name “Heath Jones” I believe this is a fake review, and even if it’s not in this industry we never give a 9am firm time slot it’s always a 2-3 hour window for these exact reasons. I wish you all the best

I had the pleasure of hiring NGM moving for a recent move and it was the best part of a stressful moving experience. The crew they sent me were excellent! BIG THANK YOU TO MARVIN, LARRY, and DREW! They were total pros and very careful with all my things. They even handled a few minor requests I had.
