DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY! We booked this local company through Bellhop Moving over a month before our moving date. On the day of our move they were a NO SHOW! They called us an hour after our move was scheduled to start to tell us they didn’t have any guys to do our move and kept trying to reschedule AFTER all of our stuff was packed up and ready to go. They gave us no warning! We had already paid to have our dogs boarded, woke up early to prep everything all for them to cancel same day.
First things first. I would never use this company again nor would I ever give them a good recommendation. I hired 3 movers for 6 hours to move our furniture into a two bedroom apartment at their time recommendation. This was just the manpower as I supplied the truck. Prior to Liberty Movers coming out my wife, my adult son and myself rented a cargo van for lighter moving.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Read Facebook reviews as well. Shaun & Diallo are horrible business men. Diallo called me 30 minutes prior to the time scheduled for my move to let me know the truck was down & it would take hours before they could come. The men, Tommie & Marcus, that showed up were nice but they were very slowly moving items out of the two bedroom apartment, which took them an entire 2 hours to do. They also couldn’t complete the job because of an error on Shaun & Diallo’s part.
It’s really a shame that you feel the need to pull the race card. So let’s break it all the way down. You thought you were getting two men and a truck for four hours at $180. When I showed you the paperwork stating in several areas it’s only for two hours, you were already upset.
I recently had a frustrating experience with Liberty Pro Moving Company that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I chose them based on positive reviews and reasonable rates, but my experience left much to be desired. I scheduled my move well in advance, anticipating a smooth process. However, on the day of the first scheduled move, no one showed up. We received several updates indicating that they "were running late" due to the move before us and eventually had to reschedule.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your move. At Liberty Pro Moving, we prioritize exceptional service, and we deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations in this instance.

I had a great experience with Liberty Pro Moving. Diallo and Terrance arrived early, were fully prepared, and worked very efficiently from start to finish. They completed the job earlier than expected and handled my items with great care, as if they were their own. They were also kind and easy to talk to, which made the moving process feel much less stressful. I really appreciated their professionalism, thoroughness, and positive attitude.
Today my family hired liberty PRO MOVING and they were INCREDIBLE! They were prompt, efficient, extremely careful with our items and respectful. These men worked diligently in this hot weather and didn’t miss a beat. They were extra careful and took their time wrapping our furniture due to the fact that we have antiques and family heirlooms that we did not want damaged. Everything made it from point a two point B in mint condition! I would recommend liberty PRO MOVING to any and everyone in Georgia!
I cannot say enough about my excellent experience with Liberty Pro Moving. I was already anxious about moving my household goods from one storage facility to another. When I started calling movers on Labor Day, I was expecting to be asked to “leave a message” and then pray someone would call me back. To my delight, the company owner answered the telephone and, after learning the details of my requirements, gave me an excellent quote in writing. He got me scheduled for the next day! I was ecstatic!
From booking to completion, I loved everything about the process of moving with this company. They went above and beyond in every way. While I hope to never move again, I would use them again. I do highly recommend them if you have a more complex move, as we did. They really did take care of everything from the beginning, having a large trash removal container, offering moving out deep clean, from the very beginning I was able to relax and let them do the packing, moving, cleaning, and all of the other steps.
