I arranged for a move at the end of August, and while the moving process was okay, there was significant damage to the door of my $2000 refrigerator. Xavion assured me both over the phone and via text that he would facilitate an insurance claim for this damage. Unfortunately, over a month has passed without any progress. At one point, he mentioned a family emergency and promised to start the claim process the following week.

I cannot recommend Xavion & Lightning Moving and Hauling enough! Living across the country while helping my daughter move in Tampa could have been incredibly stressful, but Xavion made the entire process seamless — not once, but twice. After researching countless moving companies, I chose them because Xavion responded immediately when so many others never even followed up. From the very beginning, his communication was outstanding, professional, and reliable.
I had such a great experience with these guys the 1st time, I had to hire them again, no question! They work fast and we're careful with my belongings with fair pricing for a local residential move. I appreciate them for having a good sense of humor for dealing with the heaviest dining room table of all kind!
We had a last minute move that was made super easy. We only asked their help for the big items, but they ended up packing up everything else too and got it all done within 4 hours. Could not be more grateful! We have moved many times in the TBA area once by ourselves, the second with another moving company, and third time we were referred to Lightning Movers… Third move has been by far the easiest and best experience - definitely worth it and highly suggest utilizing this team in particular for your next move!!!
First thing first… Can I start with AMAZING! These guys (Ryder, Clay & Anthony) showed up with a friendly and get to work with care attentiveness. Paying attention to details and understanding that certain items would be too delicate to ride in the oversized truck they carried in a smaller vehicle they provided. They communicated very diligently with me and my mom on items to be moved. I found this company on short notice and within seconds I received confirmation they could do my schedule day and time.
