Would give less than a zero if it was possible. Terrible, unreliable, and unprofessional company. First agreed to do a simple move. Then call to postpone it the night before, by 5 hours. While I was unhappy, I still tried to be understanding and agreed to the new time they wanted. Then they didn't show up at all! Avoided answering calls as well. I was, thankfully, able to find another mover willing to help me move. If not I would have been in a ton of trouble.
We would like to extend our most sincere apology, we strive to satisfy every single one of our customers . Several factors go into play, none of them being a "less important customer or job".
Contacted this company. Was trying to use local businesses. They took my information and never called back to set up a meeting. I guess this is how they take care of veterans.

These guys were so efficient with their time, handled everything with care, and so respectful. The communication was great as well and they were punctual with the agreed appointment. This company is your best bet with moving. 10/10
Overall experience with Lightyear was excellent. They work as a team and helped my family move locally. When we were searching for movers, we called several. What set Lightyear above everyone else was their attentiveness, flexibility and reasonable price. I appreciated that before the move, Luis came to our house to see what the job entailed. Our move day changed and Lightyear was very responsive. The entire team of movers were efficient, hard working and very helpful.

We sold our home and moved into a rental house while we were building and just closed and were able to move into our new home. Lightyear moved us both times. I would absolutely hire them again! They showed up on time and were very polite and professional. I really appreciated how careful they were with our things and moving through each house. There was no damage to any of the houses or our items. They worked very hard to complete the job in a timely matter as well.
