If zero stars was an option that’s what I’d go with. To begin with- they changed our pickup date without informing us and then pretended to claim they notified us of the change. The actual pick up went okay - they failed to annotate everything on our inventory list (so watch them as they pack out) and their truck dying and requiring them to use our jumper cables to start it. At pick up the movers claimed our stuff would stay on the same truck and be delivered in 1-2 weeks and would NOT require warehouse storage.

4 times they've been scheduled to pick up from my house and 4 times no call, no show. 4 times. I've been reassured multiple times that next time they'd show up, but obviously I'm leaving this review because it was not the case.
After backing over my mailbox, the movers told me the truck had been in yet another collision that morning and could not deliver the household goods they had trucked away. After two days of waiting, this poorly managed moving company still has not been able to find or rent a moving truck. They have offered no explanation of when I can expect to receive my property back.

Don’t store your furniture with them unless you want to collect pennies on the dollar via poor insurance and have to just trash everything anyway. Unreal. Restoration hardware leather sofa was all mold stained and ripped.
