Little Box Movers

I do not recommend Little Box Movers under any circumstances. I was quoted a price after clearly stating I had a three-bedroom townhouse, yet the crew arrived unprepared and immediately tried to push me to add another mover at additional cost. The entire move took approximately 12 hours, with nearly 8 hours spent just packing—despite several rooms already being packed ahead of time. Even more concerning, they ignored direct instructions. Items I specifically asked them not to pack were packed anyway.

Keon and Abdul were very great movers. Very friendly and got the job done! They deserve 5 stars Dana was terrible. She called in the middle of the moving process and demanded payment immediately. There was no invoice sent before hand and she was very rude and unprofessional. Get a better process and a more professional office staff. UPDATE: Changing my rating, 2+ weeks out still no refund on our deposit. Emails and multiple calls. Said it was refunded but no proof.

Edit because of Owner response: To be clear, the rate was 125/hour and she took 130 off after I refused to pay for the multiple breaks by the employees. The only updates I got were as a RESULT OF ME CALLING. Not the company updating me. There is a significant lack of accountability and this company should not be used. To be clear most of the items were moved while waiting 9 hours for them to show up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This was a very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately if you need to file a claim for something broken / missing they will not answer. I emailed twice, and called. Giving 7 business days space in between. My daughter 250$ highchair, is missing parts. It was taken apart. I been without one. We are military and had to move and we tried to find something budget friendly. My bar cart also isn’t stable anymore due to possibly being pulled & pushed quickly, when it is very late and can be picked up. Responding to the feedback: I called June 14.

Update: I was apart of this move I didn’t have my name on the move sheet. You don’t need to add all participants name to moving deal or is that a new requirement to help you bypass complaints. As everyone can see for themselves how this company handles complaints. Please get your moving services from other companies who care about their customers. Then the company lies about Google’s review requirement. The requirement is my experience which I was apart of. I was a witness to helping someone move.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! We recently moved and I wanted to provide some feedback. The website says they provide accurate quotes which I never received, the move was a small 2 bedroom apartment with minimal furniture and only 2 beds and a table had to be unassembled and re-assembled, which took around four hours just for the move out and an additional 3 hours for the move in. It was taking so long my family and I started assisting the movers with carrying things!

I'm giving 2 stars because the guys were nice, even though one was whining. My rate was $180 per hour, and I assumed it would take no longer than 5 hours. The reason is that no boxes had to be moved, only furniture: 2 heavy couches, 2 light couches, 1 heavy bed with a heavy dresser, 2 light beds, 2 dressers, a washer, dryer, and fridge. They took more time wrapping the furniture and adjusting the items in the truck. It took 4 hours to load and 4 hours to unload. How convenient.

My experience with this moving company was fine until I noticed that the movers were moving exceptionally slow. This company charges $125/hr for a minimum of 3hrs. I found this to be a deal for me being as though I don’t have a lot of furniture at all. The amount of stuff I have I could’ve & should’ve been moved within the 3hr time frame. They charged me for 1hr of drive time, although when the mover called me, he told they will be there within 30 minutes.
