Horrible business owner do deal with. A few of our items were damaged. The couch legs are nowhere to be found, stand up jewelry box parts to put back together are also missing, broken lamp. Contacted Glenn, to discuss the issues, he was very rude started yelling, lied about the conversation he had with my husband. He ended up handing up the phone and that was how he dealt with resolving the issue.

Was given quote of $1200 for a residential move. Small 2 bdrm to upper 3 bdrm apt. Day of move, Glenn suddenly decides he's not moving my boxes and bags - claims.it was only quoted for furniture. Not true. We had discussed what boxes to use on his appraisal. When I try to argue he gets aggressive and threatens to leave and not move me at all. I had to beg and plead and cry to get him to stay - and then not talk again to to avoid angering him.

If you decide to go with this company, I would recommend taking pictures/recordings before, during and after. Hold people accountable. Glenn was unwilling to use his insurance (that he boasts about during his consultations) and he acted very unprofessional when we presented our concerns after the move. We were later partially reimbursed via e-transfer for a single damaged item. This was the only outcome as a result of a contentious argument with him blaming us for the damages.

We had Glenn move our furniture into storage while our new house was being moved. One large piece of furniture was moved into a basement for safe-keeping. Glenn offered to move it into his storage facility if the task proved too difficult. We were fine with that. They managed the move. When we called them to arrange to move our furniture into our new house, Glenn "declined" the job saying it was too difficult for him. This after we made a commitment to use him again. Very disappointed.
So sorry to hear that, not sure the time frame on the 2 moves, but we have recently scaled back the jobs we take on. Glenn is getting to retirement age and we have had cut backs in terms of moves. Moving "big" things is not the issue. We move 10,000 lb bank safes with no problems.
Breaking wall, changing the price, delaying the delivery time and not honouring the contract, being rude and yelling, not delivering all the belongings and asking you to pick it up yourself from the storage facility. You can’t believe the unprofessionalism until you face this fake person. Sadly was introduced by Maggie Chen. The two attached pictures show the broken wall and some of my belongings that was not delivered and I picked them up myself. I wish I could record him and share his bad behaviour here as well.
Sir, I apologize for the dissatisfaction you experienced with our Company. However, I would like to bring to your attention and to anyone reading your review, that we provided 3 months of free storage for your contents when your house was not ready.

I had the pleasure of working with four of the men from Little Glenn's yesterday. They were absolutely amazing. They communicated with me through the entire process. They came prepared with Runners and protective gear to make sure my house wasn't damaged in the process. They moved furniture that wasn't part of what they were delivering to me. I actually forgot to write a review for these chaps so I’m doing it now. Little Glens Moving Company is hands down one of the best I’ve ever used. Our house sale feel though on a Friday at 4:30 pm and we were stuck with a container and a U-haul Truck When I called Glen which was last minute on a Friday he had finished for the day he was so helpful and actually told me to just relax he was going to take care of everything.

I can’t say enough about how absolutely impressed I was with my move and most importantly the ENTIRE TEAM! Every single person was amazing and blew my parents and I away with how professional and polite they were. I’m literally in awe of what everyone accomplished so pleasantly in 4 HOURS!
