The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Just shy of a year ago, we needed a storage locker and were able to rent it and load within a couple of hours. We are so grateful for that experience. We no longer need the storage locker, and want to express how thankful we are for the speedy customer service, easy access, reliability and fabulous communication. Thank you so much!!!
Tara, thanks for this great review. We are glad we could help you with your storage needs. We appreciate your business and feedback.
Lockbox has been incredibly helpful, patient and professional. Their system is flawless and they make every attempt to get you into the right space you need. They took my call at 10pm at night and helped me organize my locker while I was out of the province. Such a professional team and company! 5 Star company!
Thanks for this great review Jennifer and thanks for your Business
I have been very impressed with the service of the staff at Lockbox - Medicine Hat location! I had to move to a larger unit at the last minute & they helped me out immensely especially during a very stressful time since I under estimated the space I needed! I would highly recommend The Lockbox for your storage needs!! I truly appreciated all of their help and understanding!
Loesha, thank you for the business and this great review.
Mark and his facility have been so great. The lockers are clean and bug and animal free. I used this facility for over two years storing my worldly belongings and never had any issues. The hours are also a reason to use them as it’s 24 hour …
Wow, thanks Pat. Thanks for being our customer!!
