I would give negative stars if possible. As we were moving out of unit and we got harassed by the manager. She told us we were rude and had an attitude, which we did not. I explained the situation, and she could have left it at that. She went on to say we couldn't prop the door open, even though we were moving heavy items. And, because people helping were not on lease, we had to leave. She went so far as to stand and hold the gate open to make us leave. We were not finished, but were leaving to unload what we had.
Hi Jerri - Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. When our manager approached you, she was told that you were moving out. Because you have not paid your rent for August, our manager asked you to pay your rent. Your helper responded with hostilities and threatening behavior.
Was able to rent, pay and sign a contract for a unit online, and then able to go to the facility and put stuff in the storage unit. Got a call today saying they don't have some certificate from the city yet so we need to take our stuff back out and can't have it there until the 21st. So basically, they're not open or available yet, but it didn't say that anywhere on the website or on the property and we were able to drive in and up to the unit with no problems.
We are very sorry for the issues we caused. Please contact our cooperate office so we can discuss compensating you for the additional expense you incurred because our facility hadn't yet received it certificate of occupancy.
paid. Got everything moved. Then received 10 day eviction by email. They suspected i tampered with the sprinkler system. Which i did not do. They had no proof other than i was at my unit that day.

Dorthy the lady who answered the phone and was in the office to help me when I started working with this company and she is such a great person. Seriously helped me with everything. From help getting my bank account attached for auto pay to help getting my lock out of the package. She definitely made me like the company even more. Besides her getting me sold, the units themselves are super nice and have all the features to help you get ur items to the indoor unit (which I was questioning how hard that’d be).

On my first visit to check out LockBox Storage, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility grounds and later by the storage units I was able to see when I returned later the same day to meet with the manager to inquire about availability. Dorothy was very helpful and thorough. I rented a unit the following day! The security at the entrance, monitoring of who enters the grounds, fire extinguishers and lighting strategically placed around the grounds are indicators to me of the assurance of safety.
