First time using a storage unit. I tried to access using the issued code and the system was not working. Another customer was there having the same problem. I understand that problems happen, however a good business practice should include an emergency number you can call when the local office is closed and you are locked out of the facility because of a computer problem. There is a keyhole lock option for an analog key, but no way to access that key or anyone who has it.

Ever since Lockhart Storage took over from CubeSmart, the facility has noticeably declined. The cleanliness is severely lacking. The elevators are consistently filthy, often littered with empty cans and trash. The hallways on the two-story unit side frequently have dead roaches, which is unacceptable for a facility that stores personal belongings. There are also two tenants who appear to be living out of their storage units.
If you're in need of storage, go somewhere else. Their doors do not work and you won't have access to your unit. When you call and wait over an hour for emergency maintenance, they will send an idiot who will …

Clean, dry, exceptional access, maintenance, and management. Competitive, affordable pricing. Easy to do business with and ethically solid. But best of all, Andy is as accommodating, kind, and honest a guy as you can find on the Beach-- and it's worth renting a unit just to know him. Good space, good price, and good people. Grateful...

Clean, courteous, convenient with easy access. Grateful for efficiency and nice customer service. Recommend access to a restroom on site for paid customers. Having to leave the unit mid project to pack up-find off site facilities is very time consuming. Thank you for your service.

We started a remodel on our condo in December, 2025. We needed a place to store some our personal stuff and new items for our condo. This place was perfect. We got a 10x10 unit that was easily accessible and climate controlled. The price was great and everything worked out for us. When our condo remodel was over, we were allowed to downsize to a 5x5 just down the hall. I highly recommend using Lockhart Storage.
