In their own words
Movers that arrived were two kids (one was literally 13, I asked) and a woman. The two kids had no idea how to lift things and were constantly hitting the walls and doorways and the woman was on her phone sitting in the moving truck over half of the time. At one point I had to spend 20 minutes teaching the kids how to lift the washer and dryer and how to move it. During this time, the woman sat in the truck on her phone. On top of this, when the movers were done, I had two broken TVs with cracked screens.
Hello Mr. Chen. I do apologize for your experience but there are a few things that we need to clear up about this experience. The movers that arrived for your unloading service was Ms. Crawford who is 39 and Mr Cobb who is 27. I do not have any 13 year olds on my roster.
Anthony.... dWhite from South Vine Avenue in Tyler, now in Berkeley, CA. My POD arrived this past weekend; to say that it's my worst nightmare would be an overwhelming understatement. Taking pictures and making documentations of broken glass, furniture, etc. I don't know what you guys did for 13 hours, $2,500+, but it definitely wasn't "packing". Then you had to return another full day to remedy the horrible mismanagement of packing my POD. FYI....
Contacted about a long distance move after getting their info from a friend who recently used their service, only to not secure their services.

Lone Wolf Moving was really great from first contact to the end of the job. They were very quick to respond with a quote, only required a day's notice for the day of service, and were very willing to work with us to explain their rates and plan for the move itself. They arrived on the day of early, were very efficient in moving our furniture, and very careful with all of our belongings. Their rates were reasonable and they did not over-charge for the job taking a little longer than expected.

Anthony and his crew were amazing! His communication was prompt, courteous and professional from the initial inquiry through the day of the job. We had a challenging move in that it was a very heavy, oversized custom built shelving unit that needed to be carried up narrow stairs with exposed overhead beams into the loft area of a custom built Barnhouse. It needed to be carried the entire way. We were very nervous as many area moving companies didn't want the job.

My daughter and her boyfriend were transferring colleges and needed to move. After moving them in a year ago, both her mother and I said no way to moving them out....to old and out of shape for their narrow, steap stairs! After calling nearly a dozen other companies and either not getting good vibes over the phone or an outrageous quote, I was about to quit.....boy am I glad I called that last company! Lone Wolf was amazing, very polite and professional!

excellent customer service, takes pride in what they do and making sure the job is done right and you are happy and relaxed during your moving experience. they called in extra help when they needed it, I was kept in the loop at all times and things were stacked well so we had room to unpack. they were available last minute with barely a day and a half's notice, we were on a long haul drive coming from Virginia. very reliable showed up early. everybody here was kind and respectful.
