The only complaint that I have is that the office had my information completely confused! But my movers Edwyn & Juan were absolutely amazing! They picked up from 2 separate locations (one of which the apartment was on the 3rd floor) and had me completely moved in 4 hours! They were so pleasant, and we laughed and talked, but they worked so hard and were extremely professional! A scratch happened on my dining room table while in transport , but they assured me they will fix it for me!
Never again! The gentleman were very nice and professional but that's not the problem. It took them almost 21/2 hours just to get the large items out of my 2 bedroom apartment. To be specific a Sectional, 2 beds 2 dressers and boxes, nothing else. I was very clear when they came into my apartment that I only wanted large things taken and my husband and I would do the rest but they intentionally took their time. Everything was basically in one area and ready to go out the door except for the beds and dressers.
One of the movers stole $50 from me and thought i wouldn’t notice. Also make sure you watch them because all of my stuff didn’t even fill their truck and my destination was on the same street yet it took 4 hours
I really wanted to give this local business my money, but they are horrible about communication. I called before 9 am and received an email quote quickly. So I replied saying I wanted to book the service for the next day(today) which was urgent as we need to be out of the house by the end of the day. No reply or phone call followed. I called again (don't remember the time) and left a voicemail. Just before lunch I called again and spoke to Janie, I believe, who said I would get the email confirmation.

Ran the clock up to take time.. Instead of working kept looking to find problems. Everything was already broken down an in boxes. One bed was already broken down took more stuff off the bed and left the plates at the other location. Didn't say they lost parts to the bed and didn't put the bed back together. Didn't reassemble the sectional. Took the glass off the desk , left the glass at the other location.
Earlier today, around 5:30 a.m., the driver of this vehicle was driving like a complete idiot. I was traveling at about 70 miles per hour in the center lane when he came up behind me doing around 80; he was hell-bent on forcing me to change lanes, even though he could have simply passed me on the left. He was honking, flashing his lights, and making gestures. When he finally managed to pass me on the right, he tried to run me off the road; fortunately, the left lane was empty.

The movers themselves are great at what they do, but the pricing seems random. In January 2021 we had a dining table and six dining chairs delivered and had them move a sofa from downstairs to upstairs. It was $90 for an hour minimum and a $69 trip charge (they were here for 30 minutes) In March 2021 we had two coffee tables delivered. It was $119 for the hour minimum and a $69 trip charge (they were here for 12 minutes) So we had less stuff delivered, less time, and it cost more?
I would have given them 5 stars, but then I went back to the house on Sunday to get the few remaining items and clean and then I saw they broke the ceiling fan. It was a month or two old and I am under contract to sell house. When I called the reply was, "I spoke to the guys and they don't remember doing it". Now, not only did I pay over $700 for the movers, but I have to pay $130 for the fan and $60 for install. It would be completely different if would just take accountability.

I used Los Flores Movers last month (May) moving from Houston to Stafford and I must say, that was the most fast, easy, and stress free move I had EVER done! If your anal like me, and let reviews scare you with your decision making, Call Los Flores Movers! I booked my appointment with them maybe 3 weeks before my move (friendly staff), they called and confirmed my move the day before and arrived on time (8 a.m.) the day of the move.
Had a great experience with this company and the moving team that included Carlos, Oscar and Bayron. Timely, fair pricing and good communication. Would definitely hire them for my next move!
The best movers in Houston? I think so! I have used this company twice now over a span of 3 years and they always do an unbelievable job with the utmost care. The first move was a simple one just a few blocks away but our last move took us out of Houston to our new home here in San Antonio. As far as city-to-city (same state) moving rates, we found them to be very reasonably priced. But what really makes them the best is their professionalism!

Affordable, on-time, and professional! Los Flores Movers was recommended to me by a friend who had moved with them several times. I am pretty easy going, but my friend is truly a tough customer - so I took her recommendation with confidence. The telephone reception was always friendly and helpful and the moving crew were professionally dressed, friendly, careful with my furniture, and moved at a good and steady speed - not to fast to imply carelessness, and not too slow - trying to go beyond my reservation time.
