I recently had a couch moved into my brand new house and these movers placed the used couch onto our brand new pool table leaving scuff marks. Then, they proceeded to move the couch to its intended location in the house, banging the couch into our walls leaving marks and damage. Absolutely disappointed with the quality of service.
You where not our client today . Your roommate Miguel was . Actually his parents hired me, and I haven't heard from them at all in regards to this matter . I assume the parents who own the home would have messaged me right away with these complaints .
I hired Lester because of his experience moving large items. I had a 8x10 shed to love across the back yard. The experience was good overall in the sense that the shed was moved efficiently exactly where I wanted it. Problem was that the estimate he gave me and the final cost I paid were way off. He was on location for under 90 minutes and charged me for 2.5 hrs. He called it "travel" time and then "rounding the time to the nearest 1/2 hr mark".
We gave you an estimate for 2 hr min with 20 min travel time to location and 20 min travel time back . And it took more then 90 min at your property . To move 12,000 lbs shed. A task many moving companies turn down .
Service was disappointing. Items were not handled carefully and some damage occurred during delivery. Better training is needed for staff.
FAKE REVIEW !! We have no record of this client . To the scammers who keep doing this . LR MOVING WILL NEVER PAY YOU TO REMOVE YOUR OWN NEGATIVE REVIEWS. THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED TO GOOGLE

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I saw an ad for LR Moving and Deliveries on Facebook Marketplace. I was in need of someone to move an 8ft hot tub for me. I contacted LR via messenger with details of my needs. In less than an hr I was sent an itemized estimate, and available dates. Once booked Lester called the day before to confirm everything was a go. I can't say enough good things about Lester and his crew. You just had to watch them to know that they have done this thousands of times.
Your very welcome and thank you for the amazing review and feedback . Was a pleasure to be of assistance . And yes we do not miss a step during our hot tub moving process . After 25 + years with almost the same crew , just becomes routing. Glad we met and exceeded your experience.
I can't say enough about how wonderful Lester and his team were for the piano move they did for us. Lester came to measure the side door and stairs/stairwell to the basement on his way home after a full day of work, which was greatly appreciated. He was very thorough with his measurements and said that they would be able to fit the piano through the door and make it down the stairs. Our house is 106 years old and the stairwell is very small. On piano moving day, his team was early for piano pick up in St.
Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback, Kristen! We’re so glad the move went smoothly and that everything made it safely into your basement—even with such tight margins. It’s great to hear that the team’s care, communication, and professionalism made a lasting impression.
We cannot recommend LR Moving enough. Lester gave us a very detailed quote of what to expect, how much work was required, and even how to prepare. He came in person to do a walk-through of the house we were moving out of to get a better sense of what we would be packing up and transporting. We have a LOT of stuff, and he gave us a good range of what to expect if we were to pack up most of it or none of it, and how packaging items would go.
Customers like yourself is the reason we do what we do . We strive to make moves stress free and give the best experience possible. Wishing you and your family the best in your new home . We here and ready if you ever need anything!!
Honestly I've never looked for a company that would help me move a shed when I found these guys they were literally the first on the top of the Kijiji list. Being a little skeptical, the description said hot tub and piano moving but trust me everybody they can move a lot more than hot tubs in pianos they're pros. I had a 13 and 1/2 by 8 and 1/2 shed to be moved it was pretty heavy pretty rotted underneath. It's one that moved across the yard behind my pool.
Jesse, thank you for your honest review and your compliments. We appreciate your taking the time to let us know how we are doing. It was a pleasure to provide you our service and glad to know you are happy with it.
