In their own words
They DID reinstall the headboard on my bed. They did NOT install mirrors on dressers. They put a coffee table with a custom made glass top on its SIDE on the dirty, gritty floor of the loading room. Disrespectful and inconsiderate not to mention stupid. I had every box labelled with the room it went to: kitchen, bedroom, hall closet, bathroom, storage, art supplies, etc. All boxes got piled up in the kitchen, hall closet & dining area.
They arrived late, lazy and very time consuming ! So we had to help them to finish the job faster and at the end they charged a huge amount of money!!!
Booked this service through email, they should have come out to assess what we were moving. They showed up with a smaller truck. The workers spent more time on their phones. No communication at all the works didn't even know we were moving in the same day. Received a call from the boss on moving day asking if we were bringing more people to help Because the workers didn't want to work late. Very unprofessional, workers were swearing music was so loud.
Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 pandemic starting within your moving time, we were NOT able to come out to see how much stuff you had. You had filled out an online quote that we have on our website, based on that quote, an 18 or 24 ft truck would have had no problem getting all of your stuff in.
Not happy with the service, the 2 team mover system did not work at all because the driver of the truck who is also the mover is just staying in the truck most of the time pretending that he is fixing the loading. Almost only 1 person is moving most of the time which took the process so long and billed me excessively for hours and money. Not Recommended Thanks. Just got your response, instead of acknowledging your mistake, you make it sound that I am the one that is at fault.
I can not believe that you actually posted a bad review for your own mistake. You booked your move saying that you only needed to have 50 boxes taken to a storage unit and 100 boxes brought downstairs to the main floor for shredding.
Well I had a bad feeling even before I moved I called to confirm that my initial quote was still accurate. It was just over $500 a very good price. Well I found out why. It was for a move in my building. Why would I pay $500 to move in my own building Then I got my updated quote for just under $700. As soon as I mentioned my address he said there were reports of roaches and bed bugs in the area. To suggest I have bugs is an insult So now a 5 km move to my storage unit is close to $1000 DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
Hi Erik, You initially filled out your information on moving24.com which gets sent to multiple movers. On that information you filled out you put the pickup address and drop off address as the same with different unit numbers.
Worst service ever. The workers came very late. We had to help the workers to get the job done faster. They were so lazy and we had to do most of the work and they expected more money at the end.
Underestimated required truck size - had to rent a smaller truck personally to accommodate; damage to numerous pieces of furniture
I am very sorry to hear this from you Carol. We have the largest size trucks out of all moving companies for local moves, there is only a few companies that have the same size trucks and they are also agents for different Van Lines.
Too bad, unfortunate that I used this company to move from London to Toronto, just today I noticed some of my items were stolen.

Updating this as I have used Sprint again in January of 2025. Honestly the care and expertise that this team provides is just excellent. If you have staff that work for you for ten years that shows what kind of company they are and how much care they have for their employees. Happy staff = a thriving business. It just so happened to be the same exact staff who moved me in 2021 that again completed a move for me in 2025.

My wife and I recently moved from a house to an apartment. We decided we would contract a moving company to handle our move. Matt at Sprint provided a quotation based on the information I provided on their check sheet. I found Matt very easy to work with and he provided a quotation within 24 hours. We agreed on a date and Matt said they would start at 8:00 am. Based on his professional help we elected to use Sprint Moving. On the day of the move the moving crew, (Greg, Mike and Bruno) arrived promptly at 7:50 am.

Our purchase of a new home in a community two hours away and the sale of our London came together in a matter of days.
