Edit after response from company: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. My number was blocked because I didn’t want random companies to call me back trying to get my business or to sell my info to call centres. I called every moving company that day, one by one through google search. I didn’t answer your questions because they were really personal. I’m not going to give my personal info to someone I am simply calling to ask for rates.

You will regret hiring this company. Property damaged • neighbouring property damaged • furniture and boxes damaged • quoted us 5 hours for the whole job after sending them an itemized list of furniture, some of which we had already moved ourselves • were very slow - never broke a sweat and took the WHOLE day to only load truck (7 hours) • on their phone between each trip in the house and the truck • unknowledgeable in how to properly and effectively use moving equipment such as a dolly • did not bring saran wrap…

Movers were very pleasant. However they were very unorganized when unloading at the destination. We were told move would take 12 hours and after 15 hours we asked them to leave. I would not recommend them for a large move.

I recently used SM Services Moving for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all my belongings. The communication was excellent—they made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. The movers arrived on time, worked quickly, and handled even my heavy items with care. Nothing was damaged, and they took the time to ensure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home.
So. I was browsing Kijiji for furniture. You know how that goes. By sheer chance, I found an excellent dresser for sale at a reasonable price. And for an extra $20 dollars, the poster was willing to deliver it to my apartment. That poster is SMServices, and I could not be more ecstatic with their job well done. They responded quickly to my initial message, and delivered the item within the hour. I was incredibly happy with the interaction thus far. When they arrived, it was as a team of two.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Moving Experience with SM Movers We can’t thank SM Movers enough for stepping in on such short notice. After another company bailed on us, Vlad, the owner, came through in a big way and had a crew of four ready to help move my 80-year-old mother-in-law. The team was incredible—true machines. They worked quickly but with great care, treating every one of her belongings with respect.
My need wasn’t necessarily a move, it was a situation that required removing a very heavy jewellery armoire from the backseat of my husband’s car. It had taken 3 people to get it in the car and when he got it home, we were unable to remove it ourselves to get it inside. I had contacted other service providers and they were not interested - the job took a grand total of 10 minutes and this was too short for other companies to even consider.
