Do not hire this company. Firstly, they broke a mirror and said nothing. No compensation. Secondly, the move took longer than anticipated. After coming back to reload for a second trip, they only took selected items what they called heavy items knowing they were hired to move everything. They abruptly LEFT with the heavy items and refused to complete the job. I had to rent a uhaul the next day to finish.
Definitely the worst experience I ever had when it comes to hiring a service . Not only was my wife’s purse gone through and her credit cards stolen and used at multiple store locations across the city , the owner of M&M best movers said it “wasn’t his problem” and did nothing to help with the issue and took zero accountability with the incident that occurred . I Can not be more clear when I say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Not what I was quoted over the phone by the manager when it actually came time to pay. The truck wasn't working so the men showed up 15 minutes before I had to hand over the keys to the new owners. Manager did call to let me know but didn't seem apologetic at all. I had to move almost all of my stuff into the hallway by myself before they arrived, I'm a 54 year old woman with a bad back and I had a really miserable chest cold. My back still aches from the debacle.
I wasn't going to leave a review, but as I've slowly been unpacking my new house in the weeks since the move I keep finding more and more damage. Replacing everything with damage would cost more than the move did. There's only a few pieces with major damage but almost every piece of wood furniture is scratched to some degree.

These guys are awesome! I’ve moved a lot of times in the last three years and this was the best company I’ve dealt with yet. Very reasonably priced but still did a fast but careful job. When I move again 6 months from now I’ll be calling these guys again.
They were courteous and very efficient. I had a 1 bedroom apartment and everything was finished well within the 3 hour minimum with 3 people. If I'd been doing it with a friend it would've taken at least half again as long, but probably longer. Very reasonably priced, would definitely hire them again
