I used this company for my recent move. The rates seemed reasonable and it was recommended from a friend. There were two movers that arrived the day of my move. Unfortunately one of them crashed a dolly into a mirror in my lobby causing a significant amount of damage. This of course resulted in a loss of my security deposit. As I explained to Mo who is the owner of the company I would Pay the balance to the movers less the security deposit which I felt was reasonable.
I had a very poor experience with M&M Moving and Rush Delivery and would not recommend them. One of the biggest issues was a hidden charge that was never clearly disclosed upfront. I was billed for the crew’s travel time from their office to my pickup location, which significantly increased the final cost. The truck provided was also not what was promised. I had written confirmation that a 26–29 ft truck would be sent, but instead a much smaller vehicle arrived.
Arrival time set for 10am, arrived 11:15, took 30 minutes to figure out how to open tail gate of truck Refused to move a couch ( too heavy), said they were only here to move a bed. Upon arrival to destination, refused to open truck, saying too far to walk. ( retirement home). Very unprofessional, made an already stressful day worse!!

I was very lucky to find M&M movers! At first obviously I was attracted by very high reviews, and now when my moving is complete I can say that it’s really true. Mondher and his team are great guys. I only had to move for a distance of 5 kilometres but I had so much stuff that I needed three trucks. They were very quick and efficient and were able to load everything on time, and most importantly everything was delivered to the new home safely and without any damages.

I did a 10 hours move with Mo’s team yesterday, from a storage unit to a 3 story townhouse (ground, main and upper) with a basement. The move was a white glove service, without unpacking. A team of three gentlemen moved our stuff very carefully and took good care of our new home, which is all hardwood that is easy to dent or scratch but it survived thanks to their care. They used blankets and wore booties, and were genuinely caring.

This company moved several small indoor trees, a large flat screen TV on a stand, plus several pieces of furniture and gardening equipment for us. The trees and TV were difficult to move and the TV required disassembling and padding to be wrapped around it. Both representatives were extremely professional, careful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were in awe of their speedy packing and unpacking of these items at the receiving destination.

This was my second time hiring M&M Moving And Rush Delivery and once again, they delivered an outstanding experience! From the start, Mo was incredibly prompt in sending me a quote and responding to my messages and calls. This time, I hired them to move a treadmill and Pilates equipment, and just like before, everything was handled with care and efficiency. Suzan was also amazing, she responded to all of my emails quickly and was so helpful with every request I had.
