The new manager at this location is very rude. Refuses to waive a $10 late fee when the office was closed yesterday and had no way of paying yesterday. Explained the situation at hand and she was extremely rude about it. Sad for a location to treat a customer who has held a storage unit for the past 4yrs. Will definitely be moving locations after this interaction.

They broke my staff and give me toughest refund experience. They kept saying they would refund. But after a few months and hundreds of emails, got my refund. Felt they hope you forget about it by procrastinating. Spent way too much time and effort than necessary. Do not ever want to work with such people again.

When I say this company it wonderful to work with they are truly WONDERFUL. I was in a complete jam yesterday thanks to the highly unprofessional competitor (P) and Budget got me right in & was so very helpful which helped greatly in such a stressful situation.
