Based on reviews I thought they would be a good choice, what a mistake. I used them for a move in February and still dealing with issues over 5 weeks later. First they were late, but they said it was the weathers fault. Then they refused to get out of the truck and start the move because the building was too far from where they had to park. All of which I disclosed when I booked the move. Finally after calls to the office by myself and the movers the started.

Update to Macho Movers' response at the bottom of my review. Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review for Macho Movers. Around a month ago, we hired them to move a hot tub from a temporary location in our yard, to a pad we prepared. Pros: Macho Movers were accommodating and their price was competitive. They gave us a good deal because they had other work nearby. They were good at communicating and arrived early. Cons: 1. They did not center our hot tub on the pad.

My original post is below. I changed to 1 star because after my move, when I started unpacking and moving furniture, I noticed a lot of damages. I contacted the office and Jill said she asked a manager to contact me. It's been almost 3 weeks and no one has reached out. I've sent photos but since they have been paid, my concern doesn't matter anymore. I'm hoping Brad, the owner, will make this right. ************ I had a last minute move and the Macho Movers made it happen!!

Blocked parking and front door access for adjacent building despite having a large loading bay to pull into. I arrived at 9:40 and again at 11:20, the truck was in the same location both times. When I approached they cited some vehicles being able to get out by driving over the sidewalk as evidence it was fine. They were spoken to and honked at by multiple people/vehicles during the few minutes I was there. Not sure what an ambulance or firetruck or van needing to access the disability parking was supposed to do.

The crew was friendly, professional, and efficient. The quote provided was very accurate so there were no surprises. For a reasonable fee they were able to store our contents for 2 nights between move out and move in which really helped make our move less stressful. Highly recommend.

The sales team, the 3 guys moving our belongings were fun to talk to, they worked hard and took great care of our things. They didn’t stop, so I went ahead and made them a pizza giving them 15 mins. to relax and then they were right back at it. Thx boys !!!!
