****Edited*** May 21st I’ve sent you yet another email with all the proof that your company said would reimburse us for the damaged painting and charging more than what was quoted. No reply so far, yet again. You can email us back or call us back as we’ve left our number with you many times. ***EDITED TO RESPOND*** may 20th We are disappointed to see this response after months of trying to resolve this privately.

Broken TV, Unprepared and Negligent. My experience with Titan movers was unacceptable. The move started with the crew not bringing the tv box requested, or any tools needed to disassemble simple things like a desk and a small metal bed frame. This resulted in the breaking of a 58" 4k television, and about 2 plus hours of our move wasted on the bedframe. After the we realized the television was broken, I understand mistakes happen and that we would have the company make things right.
Be careful all I could say they do not stand behind there word just some brokers looking to make a buck! They send a cheapy company to move your stuff and charge many extra fees for everything that was included in the original contract. Be aware a move is stressful as is take this company if u want to add more stress.

Slow and careless crew. I was recommended to contact Titan Services by Local U Haul store as they had heard good reviews about them. I booked service last month end. Owner was quick and responsive with service. But crew that came on site was careless and super slow. I have done multiple moving with movers service from different cities across Canada. I never seen such slow crew taking small items at a time, moving like sloth & taking their sweet time to chat with each other.

Honestly, this was my second time using the company and the experience was really disappointing this time. I tried to reach the owner several times but got no response. The movers sadly broke one of my tvs and failed to mention anything to me. They were unable to finish the job due to them sending “two small guys” to do a full three bedroom house.

During our elderly parents' move in August 2025, “Titan Movers” damaged a valuable painting after being told multiple times not to touch it. In November 2025, the owner verbally agreed over the phone and an email from Saf in September to reimburse: • the professional restoration cost for the painting • the amount overcharged beyond the quoted price We have this conversation recorded. The painting restoration alone cost over $1800.
I booked this company through the U-haul moving help service. I needed the help partially one day and partially the next. Jas answered my questions, and asked me to cancel my U-haul and would give me a quote through his company instead to meet my needs, but couldn’t guarantee me overnight content insurance plus was over $600 when my U-haul was $300.

I hate to give this review as I have used this company previous and they were great. The latest time I used them it didn't go so well. Lots of my property was basically placed or thrown into my garage or wrong rooms in my new home without much care.i personally hired one of the movers to do a side project at my house and after my etransfer in my good faith he took my money and never did the work or called me back. Contacted the owner, explained the situation and nothing was done or ever corrected.

Had a great experience with titan found them online after a friend had mentioned they used them and had a good experience. Was worried because I had a lot of big heavy pieces of furniture that were very expensive. They listened to my requests, gave some recommendations on a safer way to move and then was able to move it all with no issue.

Titan has helped me move flawlessly multiple times. As of recently I acquired a treadmill that was far too heavy for me. A quick call to Titan and they were there the next day to effortlessly move the treadmill to the basement. Extremely strong, professional and capable team over at Titan! Couldn't recommend them more.
