What an extremely rude and disrespectful manager named Heather. She spoke extremely rudely in front of my kids and family while walking around smoking a cigarette. I have never had this type of experience with a business. I will be certain to never return to this establishment and pass along this message to anyone I know. I understand that sometimes we might say things rudely and not mean it, but I went back to see if that was possibly a misunderstanding and she proceeded to continue yelling.

Horrible place, 3 weeks late on a payment, that was a misunderstanding at the bank. Self storage sends you numerous threats saying they are going to sell your stuff. Highly recommend never doing business with this place, not a good time to threaten your customers.
Self Stor strives to provide the very best in customer service. We offer multiple ways that payment can be made in order to avoid late penalties. In the event that payment is not made, our past due procedures are dictated by the Ontario Storage and Liens Act.

Hello Huy, We understand the issues you experienced with the door latch. After inspection, the latch sustained damage due to your repeated use of tools to open it. We maintain fully functional units and, in cases like this, must charge for the replacement to restore security for all customers.
Storage expierence was good. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL. I have been harrassed daily despite requesting removal / unsubscribing. Straight up harrassment.

Amazing customer service! Spoke to Heather on the phone and she was able to assist me immediately with all my questions and I was able to drive over and get a personal tour of the units. The sign-up process was also very smooth and simple. Right now they having amazing deals going on too!
