We contracted You Move Me to help with a move on May 18. We were initially satisfied with the quote and support in scheduling, and the team of movers who worked with us that day were hard workers. However, numerous things went wrong and we are still struggling for resolution. You move me the one of the bad company that I never recommend it to any, they gave me estimate of $850 to move everything in the house, the day of moving which I have only only one day to move out and I told them that I don’t have any extra day, a man name Herald understood me very well he told me that’s fine no problem I’ll take care of everything no worries. The day of my moving I see two young fellows came I knew they were not professional or experienced or trained at all in a moving company.

Beware! There’s a reason they have no poor reviews!!! I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and while the owner initially tried to rectify what I was displeased with, he also gave me a contract to sign stating I would remove any reviews online and release them from any further damages. This is clearly their standard practice and why they have such glowing reviews compared to other moving companies!!

To whomever reads this review. Yes, it is true that Ms. Bielefeld' claims of a lackluster experience are indeed correct. We made some mistakes. After trying to reach several resolution avenues, Ms. Bielefeld would only accept a full refund of her $4,000 transaction.

Wow! They made my move so EASY. Christian and his team member (his name escapes me, but he was great!) were efficient, helpful, and genuinely nice humans! They moved my second floor walk-up in stifling heat, and somehow still did it quickly and with a positive attitude. Price was very reasonable (I had several other quotes), and service was exceptional. 100% recommend.

This company was amazing from start to finish. They worked fast, they had a positive attitude throughout and were very polite.
